I take a consultative approach. I manage clients' expectations and let them know as a seller that they really have to sell their house twice, once to the buyer and the second time to the buyer's bank. During the process, we look at market data, and market trends to ensure that the clients position themselves to attract the best buyers for their home. More importantly, my negotiating skills are why clients refer me.
